What we collect
If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, what you need doing, anything you write in the message box, and any photo you choose to attach. That is all. Nothing else is collected about you.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is saved securely and sent straight to David, who runs the business. Any photo you send is stored privately and can only be opened through a private link in that email.
What it is used for
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. There is no mailing list, no newsletter and no marketing. Your details are never sold, rented or shared with anyone else.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Where work is carried out, the details are kept for six years, because guarantee and accounting records need to be available for that long.
The map on this site
The service area map is provided by Google Maps. It does not load until you press "Show map". If you do press it, Google may set cookies in your browser and receive your IP address, in the same way it would if you visited Google Maps directly. If you never press the button, no map cookies are set.
Getting your details deleted
Ring David on 07527 552727 or email davidflint63@btinternet.com and ask. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected.
